Email Signatures

To add a signature to your gmail account

  1. fill in the fields above
  2. select copy
  3. open Gmail
  4. open settings (gear in top right)
  5. press 'See all settings'
  6. stay in the 'General' tab
  7. scroll down to signature
  8. create new
  9. name it
  10. paste into text box
  11. set the default signature for new emails and replies/forwards
  12. When you are composing an email, there is an option in the bottom right (image of a pen) that lets you choose between signatures.
